My mission is to offer Commercial Leasing Services capable of maximizing the returns for our Landlord and Tenant clients by providing our extensive market expertise, high standards and exceptional service.
As the landlord's representation, we create and execute a strategic leasing plan which maximizes property value within the ownership's investment objectives and fiscal constraints. Each leasing assignment is managed very carefully, relying on different resources and detailed lease analysis from the landlord's perspective.
In addition, I and PLANIT Real Estate work with tenant clients, so being possible to fill out our landlord clients vacancies very quickly. The end result is the timely execution of a leasing plan that meets or exceeds investment criteria and complements the ongoing operation and marketability of the properties.
When representing tenants, successful real estate transactions start with an understanding of the organizational needs, operational concerns and the culture of the client. This knowledge produces the best alignment of the real estate solution with the business plan of the client. Detailed lease analysis from the tenant's perspective are provided to the tenant to choose from the different scenarios, the most efficient option.
